Or use a flat iron for extra shine? Or do you have to be so careful with your chemically straightened hair that you can't use hot tools on it?

A. Chemically straightened hair is still able to achieve the same styles as natural hair, but as the same w natural hair and heat appliances too much can damage and cause crazy splits. You can flat iron, curl w a curling iron, roller sets for curls w/o heat and wavy styles. Hope this helps: )
